Flexible check-in time when there is no other guest leaving the day of your arrival. Otherwise, check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guests are required to request for flexible check-in in advance. |
ARRIVAL |
Guests must communicate time of arrival to the apartment in advance, in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys. |
CHECK-OUT |
Flexible check-out time when there is no other guest arriving the day of your departure. Otherwise, check-out is at 11:30 am. Guests are required to request for flexible check-out in advance. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT |
US$ 500 deposit required, or a credit card. |
TAXES AND SERVICES |
There are no extra charges, unless additional services are requested. Rates for nationals and foreigners are the same. Manor House provides a receipt of payment that allows companies to deduct the expense for tax purposes. |

Identification of guests in advance is mandatory (electronic copy of passport or ID). |
LOST KEYS |
US $100 penalty for lost keys. |
